We adopt two indoor cooling methods including air fan cooling and aluminum rows cooling,which can meet the cooling demands of large indoor venues.

Features of aluminum rows cooling equipment:

• Good thermal conductivity: Aluminum alloy has excellent thermal conductivity. The difference between the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant and the outer surface temperature of the aluminum exhaust will decrease, the evaporation temperature will increase, the energy efficiency ratio of the compressor will increase, and the energy consumption will decrease.

• Good setting, high efficiency: the ratio of the projection area to the evaporation area of the aluminum row can be one to three or one to four, which has a certain cold storage effect. The frequent start-up rate of the compressor is reduced when the compressor is working, which saves power consumption.

• Light weight and easy installation: The density of pure aluminum is 2.7g/cm³. Compared with other evaporator materials, its weight per unit area is lighter, so it is easier to install.

• The amount of refrigerant is small: the aluminum tube has internal ribs to increase the contact area of the refrigerant, and the outer fins increase the contact with the air, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the refrigerant, and the system uses a small amount of refrigerant.

• There is little frost on the aluminum bar and the frost layer is as virtual as snowflakes. The defrosting cycle is prolonged and it is easy to manually and mechanically defrost.

• The indoor humidity is moderate, the temperature is stable, and the effect of constant temperature and humidity is good.
