Blast freezer
Blast freezer is widely used to freeze fresh produce like seafood, poultry, pork and beef.
Working principle:
The temperature is lowered quickly below the temperature at which the microorganisms survive, and the growth of microorganisms and their biochemical reactions are inhibited, thereby maximizing the original nutritional value, color and fragrance of the food, and keeping food fresh.
Details of product:
The conventional temperature of blast freezer is -35℃ to -38℃ degrees. Blast freezer is mainly used in food, medicines, medicinal materials, chemical raw materials and other areas.
By the aluminum row or built-in fans cooling, blast freezer freezes objects within 4~18 hours. Temperature of every object frozen by blast freezer will drop to -18°
Blast freezer generally use 200mm thick sandwich warehouse boards, filled with polyurethane insulation materials, and both sides are made of plastic-coated color steel plates or stainless steel plates.
